If you are located in the immediate Bay Area, as soon as your account has been entered in our system, we can schedule a delivery of fresh sandwiches and salads. Please allow 72 hours for frozen panini and burritos, most canapés have a 2 days lead time.To ship frozen panini and burritos nationwide, please allow 96 hours for us to produce your order and about 1 week for our freight carrier to deliver to you.  Is there a minimum purchase? Yes, starting at $50 for San Francisco and up to $1000 for the greater Bay Area. Mileage and driving time may apply. Please contact us for a complete list of delivery minimum.For out-of-state shipping, it is up to the freight carrier. Please give us your zip code so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.  What is the product shelf life? Most of our fresh sandwiches have a 4 day shelf life (with some exceptions), salads have a 3 day shelf life, frozen panini are 3 months, once defrosted they will be good in your refrigerator for 3 days (PLEASE NEVER REFREEZE ANY THAWED PRODUCTS). Our fresh canapés and box lunches have to be consumed within one day.  Can I get samples before purchasing? If within the Bay Area we can either arrange to send you samples or have a full presentation arranged for you. If located beyond the Bay Area, we can send you free samples overnight, however we ask for you to handle the shipping fees.  Are there products specifications/ nutrition facts available? Yes, on our website under the product menu click on the specific product.  What are the prep and cooking times for panini? After the product is thawed, place it on the grill without adding any butter or oil. Depending on your device, it may take between 2 to 5 minutes, some panini take longer (i.e. the cuban requires a few more minutes, yet the caprese on foccacia takes less time). A cooking chart and quick start guide are available, please contact our sales department for more information.  Do you deliver on the weekends? Yes, but there is a $350 minimum for San Francisco.  What is the cut off time for placing an order? 10am for next day orders and modifications, Friday by 10am for Monday and Tuesday delivery.  What if I do not wish to have the PaniniTime label on my sandwiches? Depending on volume, we can place your own labels for an additional charge. Any sandwich with a plain white label is $3.75. Custom sandwiches (volume based) start at $4.25.
